VENICE HOSTS OPENING AT KIRK DOUGLAS THEATRE

On Sunday, March 28th, Venice Magazine hosted the Opening Night of Lisa Kron’s thought-provoking play, “The Wake,” at the Kirk Douglas Theatre in Culver City. Following the performance, guests joined cast members in the lobby for a reception catered by Maria’s Italian Kitchen and Frogtown Bakery. On Sunday, April 11th, Venice Magazine hosted the Artist Series after party for the Broad Stage at Napa Valley Grille in Westwood. Guests were all a twitter about the utterly delightful performance of rising opera star and first class charmer Alek Shrader. Guests enjoyed cocktails and a fab array of culinary creations from Napa’s top notch kitchen until late in the night. On Tuesday, March 23rd, Venice Mag hosted an exclusive VIP viewing of the “American Stories” and Renoir exhibits at LACMA. After strolling through the galleries enjoying the world class art guests headed over to Pane e Vino for cocktails and crispy pizza.
